Hi everyone,
Well done to all the swimmers competing @ the Midmar! We are very proud of you!
We wish all the athletes competing at the Deloitte Marathon a safe and fun run! Remember if you dont qualify for the OMTOM in Pretoria, you can always drive down to the Cape Gate Vaal Marathon in Vereeniging on Sunday. Let's hope that is not going to be the case...
Happy running!

Leon

Life-On-Line
ID is a 24 hour Emergency medical Information and crisis management system.
Life-On-Line ID has designed a unique database service where all past and
current medical information and relevant personal details are stored within our
system. You may ask yourself what difference this may make in an emergency
situation if one were to arise? The answer is EVERYTHING. If an ambulance
“eventually” arrives at an emergency scene the medical personnel do not know
anything about the patient which makes it hard to give effective treatment.
When Life-On-Line ID sends out a response call to an ambulance company we have
a fully detailed profile on our system which allows us and the treating
paramedics, nurses and Doctors to give correct and effective treatment for that
particular patient. We are there to ensure the best care for our clients while
at home, work, sport activities or a social event and in the case of any
emergency, all that needs to be done is to call our emergency number.
The
advantages of being on the Life-On-Line ID database and ICE system:
No matter where the Life-On-Line client is,
whether they are conscious or not we have all of their necessary medical and
relevant information and they have our ID product with them with our telephone
number on.
We are able to manage and facilitate any and
all emergency treatment to the client from our controller line whether they are
conscious or not.
We are able to advise treating personnel of
the client’s medical history.
We will be a direct line to the client and
family should an emergency arise.
We store electronic copies of proof of
identification as well as other important documentation needed.
We speak
for our clients when they can’t speak for themselves. We manage and facilitate
our client’s emergency. It is our system that saves lives.
Please can
you just send a response letting me know that you have received this email.

Good day fellow Wingate members and fans!
Thank you to everyone that joined us at the time trial last night and welcome! There were a few new faces and then the avid die hard WRR time trial locals as usual also pitched! Our family is really starting to grow!
Our 1st meeting of 2013 took place last night and we touched on a lot of points such as tent races, weekends away, 10Km & 21km champs etc. We will provide all of you with some feedback in our weekly newsletter. This surely is going to be an exciting year!
We had numerous requests to add a new colour running short to our kit as opposed to just the Royal Blue shorts. The reason for this is that there are limited Royal Blue shorts available for both the gents and ladies. We are happy to announce that you can run in black running shorts during races. We found that this was the most popular colour on the market and great quality shorts can be purchased.
If you do have any suggestions or complaints you are more than welcome to contact me directly or via email.
